Mantrailing means searching with the use of working dogs, which are called mantrailer. Here, the excellent sense of smell of dogs is being exploited.
      

When mantrailing the scent molecules to search the target person, and not the ground of injury as in the tracking work. It is used as an odor carrier of the individual odor of the person to be searched, and the quality of the odor carrier is very crucial for the progress of the search. Mantrailer can also be used inside buildings and built up areas. Trailer dries the mucous membranes of the dog very much. It is therefore important that you always have enough fresh water there.
